Professional Optical Dispensing Services  A full range of optical products and optical dispensary services are available at IGARD and its affiliate optometry practices.   IGARD Centre (Orchard) NTU Medical Centre (Jurong) University Health & Wellness Centre (Kent Ridge) A Standard Eye Examination is usually required before spectacles is dispensed. If you have already had an eye examination, please bring along the prescription. In line with good practice, IGARD offers full transparent and itemised billing of products and services. Therefore spectacles, contact lenses, eye test and other services will be quoted and charged separately. This is unlike conventional optical retail shops in Singapore where eye test fees and other service charges are often built-in to the cost of the spectacles. Find out here  You are recommended to have a Standard Eye Examination on a yearly basis. However, if your prescription is still valid, you will be allowed to get your spectacles and contact lenses dispensed without a Standard Eye Examination at IGARD.
