If you do not wish to attend an eye examination, please bring along your latest prescription (e.g. NHS HC1 form or a valid prescription from your optometrist/ophthalmologist). Pre-ordering of Contact Lenses possible via email (tina@IGARD.com.sg) or phone (67323233 / 67332123). Appointment must be made upon collection of contact lenses (Professional Fees do not apply to Contact Lens Pre-Orders Only). Professional fees and charges are clearly listed on the website.
